Classical Ballet
Our adult ballet classes welcome dancers of all levels, from ABSOLUTE beginners to those with prior experience, including professional dancers.
Ballet is an excellent way to improve posture, flexibility, and strength while enhancing coordination and musicality.
Our experienced instructors guide you through each step with patience and encouragement, ensuring a positive and enriching experience. For more advanced dancers, our teachers in the Intermediate and Advanced classes will challenge students with complex combinations, covering all exercises of a traditional ballet class from barre through centre.
Classes are on a drop-in basis, no monthly or quarterly commitment required.

Absolute Beginner Ballet Class
This class is designed specifically for those who have never danced ballet before. We focus on introducing the foundational principles of ballet, such as posture, basic positions, and essential movements. You’ll become familiar with key ballet terminology, including terms for the feet, arms, and body alignment. Our instructors guide you through simple barre exercises and center work to help you build strength, flexibility, and coordination at a comfortable pace. This is the perfect class to start your ballet journey from the very beginning, with no prior experience required.

Building on the fundamentals from Absolute Beginner I and II, we focus on expanding your vocabulary and refining your technique. You'll continue to strengthen your foundation with more complex barre exercises, explore new steps and combinations, and gain greater familiarity with ballet terminology. This class emphasizes developing coordination, balance, and control, while gradually introducing more challenging movements. It’s an ideal class for those looking to build confidence and further develop their skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

ELEMENTARY

The Elementary Ballet class is designed for dancers with approximately 1 to 3 years of experience. Building on the fundamentals, this class incorporates more complex movements and longer combinations, including traveling steps, pirouettes, and allegro work. You will continue to develop your technique while improving strength, flexibility, and coordination. Emphasis is placed on fluidity, musicality, and proper alignment.
With a duration of 1.5 hours, this class provides a great opportunity to challenge yourself and advance your skills in a structured and supportive environment.
